What does positivism assume that?
- reality exists outside of the human mind
- everything can be measured
- everything is bound by physical laws
What does constructivism assume that?
- thrives on subjectivity
- accepted personal values and bias can never be fully controlled
- Data related to feelings

What are the 3 aspects of clinical appraisal?
- Trustworthiness

- Relevance
What is meant by reliability?
quality of being trustworthy and being able to be reproduced to give the same outcome
What is meant by validity?
Extent to which a concept is accurately measured
