Section 44 Evidence Act
Evidence of sexual experience of complainant in sexual cases
1) in a sexual case, no evidence can be given and no question can be put to a witness relating directly or indirectly to the sexual experience of the complainant with any person other than the defendant, except with the permission of a Judge
Section 87, Evidence Act
Precise particulars of a wintness’s address may not (without permission of the judge,
-be subject or any question or included in evidence
-included in any statement or remark
Judge Can only grant permission of to exclude it would be contrary to the interest of justice
Section 88, Evidence Act
Protects complainant or witness from questions or statements related to their occupation
Application can be made to the Judge for information to be disclosed
