What factors does the Ct consider when determining weight is attributable to hearsay evidence?
A
The court will consider whether
(1) it would have been reasonable or practicable to force the witness to attend;
(2) the witness made the statement contemporaneously; and
(3) there was any motive to misrepresent or conceal facts.
