Post Cardiac Arrest drugs and doses
- Epinephrine 0.1 - 0.5mcg/kg/min
- NE 0.1 - 0.5mcg/kg/min
- Dopamine 5 - 10mcg/kg/min
Tachycardia with a pulse drugs
- Adenosine
- Procainamide, Amiodarone, Sotalol (antiarrhythmics for stable, wide QRS tachy)
Bradycardia drugs and doses
- Atropine
- Dopamine
- Epinephrine
Cardiac Arrest Epi dose
1mg q 3 -5 min (no max)
Cardiac Arrest Vasopressin dose
40 units (can ONLY replace 1st or 2nd dose of EPI)
Cardiac Arrest Amiodarone dose
first dose: 300mg; second dose: 150mg
Tachycardia with a pulse Adenosine dose
first dose 6 mg + NS flush, second dose 12 mg + NS flush
Bradycardia Atropine dose
0.5mg q 3 - 5 min (max 3 mg)
Bradycardia Dopamine dose
2 - 10mcg/kg/min
Bradycardia Epinephrine dose
2 - 10mcg/min
