Why do we need fibre?
It keeps us healthy by helping food move through the intestines and stopping them from getting blocked
Why do we need water?
Water acts as a lubricant; dissolves things so that they can be carried around the body; fulls us the cells so they hold their shape and cools you down, when you sweat. It also keeps you hydrated

Drawbacks - The bacteria grows and reproduces using some of these digested molecules
Benefits - The bacteria in your gut feed on your food and can digest soem foods that your body cannot
