Britain had more advanced technology so they could travel and transport easier.
Britain had a lot of people in their army and navy so they could fight if needed

What is the zong case and when did it happen?
A
The zong ship carried 442 slaves but as they went 300 miles off course ,captain Collingwood threw slaves overboard as they might all die of thirst . 131 slaves died because of this.
When they finally reached Jamaica the insurers didn’t pay which is what caused the zong case.
The case happened in 1783
