what are the three things people for euthanasia argue

A
  • quality of life ; they may genuinely be living in suffering and pain and the kinder thing o do is let them pass

  • finances ; it is very expensive to care for the terminally ill and elderly and that money could be spent elsewhere

what are the things people against euthanasia argue

A
  • doctor-patient trust ; they believe that the act of euthanising someone overrules it as doctors vow to help lives not take them away
  • vulnerability ; that the terminally ill could be pressured into euthanasia even if they don’t want it themselves
  • cure ; that a cure may be found after someone r takes the euthanasia
  • gods place ; that its only gods decision to give and take life and not our own, that this goes against gods will
