Define Voluntary Euthanasia

A

A person directly and deliberately causes someone’s death. E.g. giving an overdose of pain-killers or a lethal injection.

Define Non-Voluntary Euthanasia

A

A person who wants to live, but someone else e.g. a doctor or family member, decides that it would be in the persons best interest if their life was ended.
