A peasant who was bound to the land and were not allowed to leave except with the permission of the lord. Not a slave

The year 1000 bringing new inventions to make farming easier, faster and more efficient

Less warfare and raids

Stability when there wasn’t any. As well as laws and courts with punishments

Rebirth because it was when there was a huge spurt of interest in the past and the geography of the rest of the world
