the Nuer (cattle breeders) and the Anuak (farmers). Their land is being sold to indian and chinese companies by the government to make the most of the land.

Moving 2 million people away from the Ahmar mountains so that they can grow coffee

Describe the Western Highlands
One long rainy season (May to October), steep land up to 4500m, temperatures town to 15 degrees celcius but average 25-35 degrees celcius, average 1200-2000mm of rainfall yearly, good for crops

Two rainy seasons and one dry season, unreliable rainfall (400-800mm yearly), lowlands are drier and hotter (25-40 degrees celcius)

Two rainy seasons and two dry seasons, unreliable rainfall (0-300mm yearly), temperatures consistently 30-40 degrees celsius
