The RICS Royal Charter is a formal document from the Monarch that gives RICS independent legal standing. It lets RICS regulate its members, promote high standards, and make sure surveyors act ethically and in the public interest.
When would you use and not use the RICS Ethics Decision Tree?
For straightforward, non ethical issues, or if you already have clear RICS or company guidance that covers the situation
