A

Being trustworthy in all that you do.
Being open and transparent.
Sharing appropriate and necessary information.
Respecting confidential information.
Not allowing bias or conflict of interest to affect judgements
Not offering or accepting gifts which might suggest an improper obligation.

What is involved with always providing a high standard of service?

A

Be clear about what your clients wants and the service you are providing.
If services are required outside that scope then be prepared to do something about it.
Be transparent about fees.
Communicate with your client in a way that will allow them to make informed decisions.

Understanding that being a professional is more than just about how you behave at work.
Understanding how your actions affect others.
Fulfilling your obligations.

A

Always act with skill, care and diligence
If someone makes a complaint about something you have done then respond in an appropriate and professional manner and aim to resolve the matter to the satisfaction of the complainant as far as you can.
If you think something is not right be prepared to question it and raise the matter as appropriate.
