Members and firms must be honest, act with integrity and comply with their professional obligations, including obligations to the RICS

- Letter of acknowledgement within 3 days
- Investigation of complaint by office manager with written report with in 15 days
- If still not satisfied, an independent review is needed. Refer to the Redress scheme or The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution
