A

Humphrey’s (1970) is considered socially sensitive as it investigates the sexual practice of gay men in public toilets at a time where homosexuality was not widely accepted. His findings where 14% were member of the gay community interest in primarily homosexual relationships, challenged society’s views on homosexuals as being promiscuous(many sexual partners) and degenerate(having lost physical, mental or moral quantities which are considered normal)
