Ethics can be defines as a set of principles that help a person decide what is right and wrong

Exploitation of Employees
Employees may be required to work excessive hours of unpaind overtime or be expected to find a new job.
Exploitation of Overseas workers
A business that is operating in a third world country may take advantage of its employees in that county by paying them very low wages and requiring that they endure dangerous working conditions
Exploitation of Investors
The shareholders of a public company may be exploited if the senior management of the company decides to invest the companies money in high risk ventures.
Acceptance of gifts from suppliers
A manager of a business may be offered gifts from a supplier of inventory. If a cheaper supplier of inventory is found the manager may have to decide whether to stay with the existing supplier or change to the new supplier but may lack the objectivity required to make the decision.
