OMISSIONS DETRIMENTAL TO THEIR
DEVELOPMENT AND PRESERVATION

physiological effect when ingested or
otherwise introduced into the body
Drugs
a chemical substances taken for enjoyment,
or leisure purposes, rather than for medical
reasons. These drugs are usually to
provide pleasure or improve life in some
way. However, they can lead to addiction,
to health and social problems and to crime.
Most are illegal, so their use comes with all
the consequences of breaking the law.

PENALTY FOR ILLEGAL ACTS OF PRICE MANIPULATION
Imprisonment for a period of not less than
five (5) years nor more than fifteen (15)
years or shall be imposed a fine of not less
than One hundred thousand pesos
(Php100,000.00) nor more than Ten million
pesos (Php10,000,000.00), at the
discretion of the court.

physical, sexual, psychological harm or
suffering, or economic abuse including
threats of such acts, battery, assault, coercion, harassment or arbitrary
deprivation of liberty

Acts falling under Section 5(a) constituting
attempted, frustrated or consummated
parricide or murder or homicide shall be
punished in
accordance with the provisions of the Revised Penal Code.
Acts falling under Section 5(b) shall be
punished by
imprisonment of two degrees
lower than the prescribed penalty for the
consummated crime as specified in the
preceding paragraph but shall in no case
be lower than arresto mayor.
Acts falling under Section 5(c) and 5(d)
shall be punished by
arresto mayor
