Beneficence
Do what is in the best interest of the patient, have to put aside your own benefits and focus on the patient
Autonomy
Have the right to decide what happens to me, Includes: informed consent, respect of patient choice, ability to withdrawal from treatment, confidentiality, honesty
Justice
Treating others fairly, Includes: equitable distribution of burdens AND benefits of new treatments, respect for the rights of individuals

Insurers cannot require or request a genetic test when apply for insurance to deny a patient, insurers cannot ask about genetic testing results if patient has gotten it prior to applying, Insurers cannot request or require genetic testing once a patient is covered to change or raise coverage
Also prohibits employment discrimination based on the genetic information of an employee
