a gift by will of a specific real property

a gift of a specific amount of money
codicil
an addition or change to a will
fiduciary
a person whose duties involve trust and good faith
executor
a person chosen by a testator to carry out the directions in the will
guardian
a person who has the duty of taking care of a person and their property
trustee
a person who holds property in trust
decedent
a person who has died
