Competence is the knowledge and skills needed to accomplish business tasks, approach business problems and get a job done.
It will judge based on your track record of success and achievement.

Through study, observation and practice and real-world business experience

Caring implies understanding the interests of others, cultivating a sense of community, giving to others and showing generosity.
WHAT DOES IT MEANS BY CHARACTER?
Character is a reputation of staying true to commitments made to stakeholders and adhering to high moral and ethical values.
WHAT IS BUSINESS ETHICS?
Business ethics are the commonly accepted beliefs and principles in the business community for acceptable behaviour.
WHAT DOES IT MEANS BY TRANSPARENCY?
Transparency involves sharing all relevant information with stakeholders.
WHAT IS CORPORATE AND PERSONAL VALUES?
Corporate values are the stated and lived values of a company.
Personal values are values that individuals prioritize and adhere to.

Facts - How factual your communication is?
Access - How accessible or transparent are your motives, reasoning and information?
Impacts - How does your communication impact stakeholders?
Respect - How respectful is your communication?
