Contraindications: Hypotension, pregnancy, severe depression, oestrogen producing cancer. Not recommended with alcohol or while taking iron supplements. Children under 1 year.

Grapefruit

Actions: Antidepressant, antimicrobial, antiseptic, depurative, disinfectant, diuretic, hepatoprotective, stimulant.
Contraindications: Phototoxic. Caution with sensitive skin. Not for people on blood pressure medications or cyclosporin.
