What is the main structure used for a section A essay?
A
- Brief ‘creative overview’ including the role of the character(s) and theme(s)
- Look at the social, cultural and historical context in terms of what is relevant in the essay
- If an audience response is required, this comes next
- Answer the question (this can be in relation to set design, costume design, performance etc)
- Conclude what the essay has said.
