what is a cortado?
a cortado is a 4 oz drink with equal parts of 2 oz espresso and 2 oz of steamed milk. this is a great option to taste the espresso without having to drink it straight. (120-125 F). can be iced.
what is a flat white?
a flat white is an 8 oz drink with 2 oz espresso and 6 oz steamed milk with a small amount of microfoam. flat whites are similar to lattes but have a smaller espresso to milk ratio. (130-`135 F) could be iced.
what is a cappuccino?
a cappuccino is an 8 oz drink with 2 oz espresso, 3 oz steamed milk and 3 oz foam. this drink should be lighter in the hand due to the ratio of foam and steamed milk. only available hot. (130-135 F)
what is a latte?
a latte is made with 2 oz espresso and several ounces of milk. served in a 12oz/16oz hot or 16oz/24oz iced. most crowd friendly espresso-based drink due to the large ratio between milk and espresso.
