  • target lesions
  • initially seen on back of hand and feet then spreads to torso
    -upper limb are mostly affected
  • may present with puritis

Causes

A
  • HSV (most common)
  • idiopathic
  • bacterial (mycoplasma and streptococcus)
  • drugs- penicillin, allopurinol, NSAIDs, sulphonamides, OCP, carbamazepine
  • SLE
  • sarcoidosis
  • malignancy
