A
Father bought a house for son and daughter-in-law with 250 own money and 500 borrowed.
He said 250 was a gift and they should pay the 500 in 15s weekly, then when he retired he would transfer the ownership to them.
Father died, leaving house to widow.
Son and daughter in law separated.
Widow sued daughter-in-law for ownership of the house
