-move monitor closer
-increase monitor height so that visual field is at or slightly below the top of the monitor

-utilize an anti-glare screen

carpal tunnel syndrome
adjust keyboard and mouse to allow for neutral wrist position (overextended wrist = makes symptoms worse)
epicondylalgia
-utilize a trackball mouse or touch pad
-arrange keyboard and mouse to ensure neutral wrist position
back pain made worse with sitting/with symptoms that extend into the legs
utilize lumbar roll to increase lordosis (can buy lumbar pillow or roll up a towel to place in the small of the back)
