ears flattened, if you see the whites of a horse’s eye, a lifted kindlimb warns of a kick, a wringing or swishing tail shows annoyance or pain

at a 45 degree angel with its head facing the door and its butt is at the far back corner. always leave the door ajar

you should gently and slowly let the foot back down, you need control, don’t let the horse decide when to put it down, let you decide
