How do you solve a simultaneous equation many pronumerals?
Substitute one pronumeral into all other equations by making it the subject of one.
Then repeat until left with two equations, and solve simultaneously.
Use these two values to find the third, then fourth value, etc.
What is the equation of a hyperbola?

How do you solve a non-linear simultaneous equation?
Same as normal, but you will have to solve a quadratic and find all possible values.
What is the equation of a circle?
r^2 = (x - a)^2 + (y - b)^2
What is the equation of the top half of a circle?
y^2 = (+) r^2 - x^2
What is the equation for the bottom half of a circle?
y^2 = (-) r^2 - x^2
