Aerobic activity:
150 min moderate activity a week or 75 minutes vigorous activity a week.
For greater health benefits 300 minutes a week moderate or 150 minutes vigorous.
Aerobic activity should be at least 10 minutes at a time
Moderate activity is a 5 or 6 on a scale of 1-10
Vigorous activity is a 7 or 8 on the same scale
