Location: Ligaments. Reduce friction between muscles.
Has collagen and Fiberblasts.
Dense Irregular Connective Tissue
Location: joint capsules, Helps prevents overexpansion of an organ. Elastic fibers and bundle of collagen fibers.
Elastic tissue
Location: elastic ligaments. Stabilize position of vertebrae.
Bundles of elastic fibers and fibroblasts.
Elastic cartilage
Location: external ear. Provides support and returns to its original shape. Lacuna and chondrocytes.
FibroCartilage
Location: Menisci. Prevents bone to bone contact.

Location: nose. Reduces friction between bone surfaces.
