Typically present with skull fracture

A
Positive LOC on scene that progresses to a decreased LOC
Ipsilateral pupil dilation
Contralateral hemiparesis/hemiplegia
Posturing

Treatment plan for epidural hematoma
A
Crainiotomy and hematoma evacuation
Stop arterial bleeding
