Attempt Restart if Conditions Permit

2) Fuel Flow Control(FFC) - OFF
3) FUEL PUMP 1&2 - ON
4) Generator - ON
5) Start Button (When NG is Below 30%) - PRESS

If restart is not successful and if time permits:

6) FFC - OFF
7) Fuel Shut Off - Close
8) FUEL PUMP 1&2 - OFF
9) GENERATOR - OFF
10) MASTER CUTOFF - OFF
