Neurological muscle myotomes

A
  • C4 = traps which can be done at the same time
  • C5 = deltoid which can be done at the same time
  • C6 = biceps but make sure to only cross one joint → resistance is applied proximal to wrist
  • C7 = triceps
  • C8 = thumb extension + long finger flexors
  • T1 = palmar interossei (don’t let me move your fingers apart)
