Right to a Civil Trial of $20 and over.

No cruel or unusual punishment - excessive bail or cruel punishment
8th Amendment
Powers reserved to the people - People get rights not listed in The Constitution
9th Amendment
Powers reserved to the state - Any rights not given to federal government are given to the states and people.
