What is commercial confidentiality?
An aspect of a business process that the business does not wish to be on the public register. For example a novel production process. It is not often granted.
Who are the 2 types of consultees that are consulted in the permitting process?
Public consultees - residents, businesses etc
National consultees - LA consults government agencies, EA consults LA’s
