Section 8: Entry to avoid loss of offender or evidential material
Constable may enter PLACE OR VEHICLE TO SEARCH for person if:
- RGTB person is THERE
- if entry is not immediate the person may LEAVE or evidential material may be C.A.D.D (concealed, altered, damaged or destroyed)
