Tell me about yourself?
I have been working as a QA Tester and a Business Analyst for more than 9 years. I have been continuously learning about Project Management and improving my testing and analysis skills.
I specialize in manual testing. In my day to day, I write test cases, test plans, run test cases, and regression tests on desktops and mobile devices. I also detect, report, and review issues and improvements. I also detect, report and review issues and improvement.
I always try to truly understand what the users want. I believe that it is very important for the testing success.
Currently, I´m looking for a company where I could add value to produce a positive impact. Where I could join a strong team. I would like to learn other technologies and have growth opportunities.
What do you know about our company?
I have been looking at the company’s website. Exploring the options, activities, destinations, and all information, in order to know more about the company.

Why are your leaving your current position. (Be ready to give good reasons for all job changes.)
Well, I enjoy comfortable working at Carnival Cruise Company, during that time I have learned a lot and met amazing people. But I feel like I’m ready for more, and I’m looking for a new position to take on more challenges and grow my career path.
What are your strengths? (Don’t just give them a strength, also give them an example.)
My main strength is my analysis ability, which helps me to pay attention to detail on designing and executing test cases.
What are your weaknesses? (Mention a weakness that can also be positive such as “I am to detail oriented”.)
I am too detail oriented. I never want to leave anything out and I want everything to be perfect. So, I decided to put more emphasis on priority and planning.
What do you like about your current position?
I am working with a strong team. My co-workers’ always tell me their points of view about everything in the project. We support each other when there are stressful situations.
It is very comfortable to have my co-workers´ support when there are stressful situations
What do you dislike about your current position? Be very careful not to say anything negative.
I would like to improve my background, learn other technologies, and work processes.
I am really excited about the possibility of working at the company. I am a perfect fit for this position. I have the experience and skills you are looking for. On top of that, I am a great team player that keeps calm and interacts well with others under pressure.
What challenges have you faced in your career and how did you overcome them?
I remember when I stated working in CSI Ingenieros Company in the project with the State Insurance Bank.
In the project they used the BPMN standard, I did not know about this standard and Project Manager asked me to learn while I was working because they needed to decrease the project times.
It took me extra time to understand and then apply the standard in all diagrams I designed.
Finally, I ended up assisting my co-workers and checking that the standard was correctly applied, because we reported directly to the Bank Manager. He was a very demanding person and didn´t like any errors.
The project was successful.
This was a good project for me, I think that working with demanding clients and having pressure moments always makes us grow as professionals.
