Charbroiled chicken
Ingredients-romaine,chicken, sautéed green peppers, sautéed yellow onions, cheddar jack cheese, tomatoes
Garnish- tossed in ranch, served in tortilla shell, sided with salsa
Greek salad
Ingredients- romaine, field greens, kalamata olives, tomato, cucumber, red onion, banana pepper
Garnish- feta cheese, tossed in red wine vinaigrette. All veggies are marinated and tossed in salad
Up charge- $4 chicken, $5 shrimp
Honey bacon shrimp salad (GF)
Ingredients- fresh greens, red onions, tomatoes, toasted granola, bleu cheese crumbles, sautéed shrimp
Garnish- tossed in warm honey bacon vinaigrette
Steak salad
Ingredients- fresh spinach, cherry tomato, radish
Garnish- goat cheese, shoestring potatoes, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette, steak cooked medium rare
Zinger salad
Ingredients- romaine, bleu cheese crumbles, cucumber, corn, red onion, fried chicken
Garnish- ranch on side, mild sauce drizzled on top
