A feature in Excel to identify and extend patterns. Located on the lower right corner of a cell or selected range (little green square).
Fill handle / Autofill handle
Shortcut for auto fill handle ( instead of holding and dragging)
Double-clicking on the autofill handle.
On a cell vs. In a cell
On a cell - When you click on a cell once, the whole cell is selected. The first letter typed will erase whatever the contents of that cell already is.
In a cell - Double clicking on the cell gets you inside the cell. Use the arrow buttons to move the flashing cursor to the data you want to edit.

CTRL + C / Right click > Copy
Paste
CTRL + V
Completely clear everything in the cell (data, formula, formatting, etc.)
- Select a cell or range > Home tab > Editing group > Clear (eraser icon) then select the preferred option
- Right click on a cell or range> clear contents
Undo
CTRL + Z
How to insert new row
Select the row number or a cell > Right click > Insert > New row will be inserted above
How to insert new column
Select the column letter or a cell > Right click > Insert > New column will appear on the left
How to resize the columns or rows where data don’t fit
Highlight all columns or rows (by clicking and dragging, or clicking the triangle button below the name box), then double click the line in between the letters (for column) or the numbers (for rows)
How to update data that was entered multiple times in one go
Find & Replace (Home > Editing group > Find & Select (Magnifying glass icon) > Replace)
