- No sweating for at least 24 hours
- Try to avoid to makeup application
- For the next 7 days be sure to apply SPF
- Stay moisturized
- Avoid Exfoliating products for a min of 7 days
- You will see immediate results, however this treatment is best over a series of 6 sessions so I want see within the next 2 weeks to a month
