What is key for when it comes to writing speeches?
The key to presenting the perfect speech/ piece of persuasive writing is preparation and practice. World leaders don’t just stand up and make up a speech on the spot - they carefully prepare beforehand. They even employ people to write their speeches, although remember, this is not an option at school!

What is Direct address?
In writing direct address is when you are talking directly to the ready so uses words such as: you, we, us e.tc
How do you use a Rhetorical Question?
A rhetorical question may have an obvious answer but the questioner asks rhetorical questions to lay emphasis to the point. To get reader to think more.
what is a semi colon
When a semicolon is used to join two or more ideas (parts) in a sentence, those ideas are then given equal position or rank. Some people write with a word processor; others write with a pen or pencil. Use a semicolon between two independent clauses that are connected by conjunctive adverbs or transitional phrases.
What is a list of three?
The rule of three is based on the technique that people tend to remember three things. In oratory it comes up all the time.

varied structures (i.e. long sentences/paragraphs and short sentences/singular sentence paragraphs)

What is emotive language?
Emotive language is when a writer deliberately uses strong words to play on the readers feelings.
Why is it important to be careful on how you talk to certain audience?
This is because if you are writing to someone important like a boss for a job you will need to write formal and professional but if you where writing to a friend it can just be informal.
what are Comparisons?
Metaphors, similes and analogies are the persuasive writer’s best friends. When you can relate your scenario to something that the reader already accepts as true, you’re well on your way to convincing someone to see things your way.
