Soliloquy
A soliloquy is a speech in a play in which an actor speaks to himself or herself and to the audience, rather than to another actor.

A monologue is a long speech which is spoken by one person

To act quickly and suddenly without thinking or being careful.
Volatile
A situation that is volatile is likely to change suddenly and unexpectedly.
