How do you approach question 1?
Answer it whilst reading the texts
-use elimination, so check every statement (4 of the statements will need to be selected)
How do you approach question 2?
Refer to Source A and Source B. Write a summary of the differences/similarities of a theme in the two sources.
SPEND ABOUT 10 MINS
-Draw a table of the points in text A and B (about two for each)
Structure: POINT EVIDENCE EXPLAIN (AND INFERENCE - what you interpret about the fact)
Paragraph structure (should do about 2)
- make a comparative point about both of the texts
- write one PEE of theme in text A

- write one PEE of theme in text B (cross reference back to text A)

Paragraph structure: (should do 2 lots of this, fist points from the start of the sources, second lot of points from the end of the sources)

Write about text A (PEE structure, focus on LANGUAGE TECHNIQUES)

Write about text B (PEE structure, focus on LANGUAGE TECHNIQUES)

- can give counter arguments, but disprove them within the same paragraph
