Benchmarking
It is the practice of comparing business processes and performance metrics to industry bests and best practices from other companies. Dimensions typically measured are quality, time, and cost.
Outplacement
The process of helping to find new employment for redundant workers, especially executives.
Rapport
A relationship of mutual trust and respect. A close and harmonious relationship in which the people or groups concerned understand each other’s feelings or ideas and communicate well.
Ombudsman
It is an official who is charged with representing the interests of the public by investigating and addressing complaints of maladministration.

The phrase null and void refers to a contract or clause that’s invalid, non-binding, or which has no legal force.
