venting, A+V, reframe past, challenge interpretations, name gremlins (therapeutic referral may be required)

identify and control emotions, take responsibility for their thinking and feeling, challenge assumptions and interpretations, focus on success via power vs via force or fear

get buy-in for helping others or being of service, show pain points and what they cost, help them take things less personally, work from heart center

help them work on self-care, remove judgment (helps eliminate responsibility of fixing them), view challenges as opportunities
