- HPTH d/t adenoma MC, hyperplasia or carcinoma
- Hypercalcemia- stone, bones, groans, psych overtones

A
- All HPTH tumors surgically removed
- Renal insufficiency
- Osteoporosis
- Age > 50
- Calcium > 1 mg/dl
- Hypercalciuria

- Neck hematoma
- Hungry bone syndrome- severe hypocalcemia
