CVS symptom checklist?
- Chest pain
- Shortness of breath at rest or exertion
- Lie flat, pillow use (orthopnoea)
- Breathless at night (may be PND; ask for clear description of this)
- Palpitations (may be sign of hyperthyroidism)
- Ankle swelling (peripheral oedema, may be sign of hypothyroidism)
- Cold/blue hands, feet
- Pain in calves on walking (claudication)

- Cough
- Sputum, colour, volume
- Any blood in sputum (haemoptysis)
- Shortness of breath
- Wheeze
- Fever, night sweats
- (Breast; lumps, bleeding, discharge)

- Bloating, distension

- Problems swallowing (dysphagia)

- Frequency and volume of urination
- Pain on passing urine (dysuria)

- Colour of urine
- Blood in urine (haematuria)
- Hesitancy, dribbling
- Genitourinary pain

- Headaches
- Vision, hearing + aids for this
- Speech difficulties
- Dizziness, vertigo
- Faints, fits, blackouts
