Neutropenia/ agranulocytosis → 0.1-1.2%
N&V, headache, fever, rash, pruritus

sever blood disorders, Pregnancy (neonatal goitre hypothyroidism )

T ½ 6-15h BUT T4 T ½ long → 3-4/52 for fill result
