Insulinoma:
1- Clinical and Lab findings
2- Diagnostic work up
3- Treatment

A

1- Whipple’s triad + elevated insulin + C-peptide levels
2- Abdominal +/- Pelvis multiphasic CT or MRI scans looking for pancreatic mass (cell of origin= beta cells)
3- Surgical removal or tumor enucleation of the insulinoma. Most are benign in etiology and rarely metastasize
