IV drugs users, prosthetic valves, native valves (rheumatic fever)

A
Lethargy, fever, reduced appetite, splinter haemorrhage, spotting of skin

A
Streptococci viridians/ enterococci

A
Staph aureus and staph epidermis
Pseudomonas/ candida

Gram -ve bacilli
