Montelukast (Singulair) = serious neuropsychiatric events that may include suicidal thoughts or actions (not given in less than 12 months)

Ranitidine (Zantac) = contain unacceptable levels of N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA)

Etarnercept (Enbrel) = risk for tuberculosis

Sertraline (Zoloft) = increased the risk of suicidal thoughts and behavior in pediatric and young adult patients

Bedaquiline (for treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis) = possible cardiac toxicity and sudden death

Fluoroquinolones = risk of tendinitis and tendon rupture (Achilles tendon)
